Format A Data Range With AutoFormat
Highlight the
data range
A2 through F14.
You can do this by dragging your mouse "plus" cursor from A2 to F14.
Click Format, and AutoFormat which is on the
menu bar
Excel displays the AutoFormat window which provides you with different
formatting options.
Click Accounting 2
Click
Excel will format the selected cell range in the Accounting 2 format.
Click cell G8
This will deselect the previous cell range.
Your spreadsheet should look like the one below:
